Cerven Solutions is a machine shop in Poughkeepsie, New York that specializes in complex, tight-tolerance components for radar, satellite communications and electronic warfare systems. We run everything from prototype quantities through full production releases.

Cerven Solutions has developed proprietary processes for intricate geometry, tight tolerances, and stress control on parts with heavy material removal.
Standing walls up to 70:1 height-to-thickness, held without chatter or wall taper
Routinely remove up to 95% of material on complex parts with higher removal rates achievable
Tight flatnesses achieved in an unconstrained condition so parts are truly flat
Corner radius to wall height up to 20:1, with chatter free finishes and no wall taper
